Water tower

If a 130,000 SF dormitory for university students had to keep a water tower to store the building's embodied water, defined as all the water used directly or indirectly in the building's construction, how large would that tower be?

The answer is a tower that is 100 feet diameter and 179 feet tall - the height of an 18-story residential structure.
